Policies and COVID-19 Guidelines

Upon arrival please do not text/call. My suite will be open and ready for you at your scheduled time. If you arrive early you may wait in your car or in the concierge area. 

A 15 minute grace period is allowed. Please send a text or call to give an updated ETA when running more than 5 minutes late. 

Bottled water will be provided at no cost but food and drinks will not be permitted inside of the suite as well as no additional guests. Masks are optional. 

Please have your hair thoroughly detangled prior to your arrival. If this is a service you would like included please mention when scheduling to allow appropriate time. There is an upcharge for clients who require more time detangling before a service due to lack of at home care.

Length charges (shoulder length or longer) will apply for ALL services including braids and extensions. 

Cancellations

My services are reserved specifically for you. I appreciate a 24 hour notice to cancel and/or reschedule your appointment. A fee of $25 will apply for an appointment rescheduled/cancelled in less than 24 hours. A fee of $50 will apply for a no-show appointment. 

Please keep in mind multiple cancellations/reschedules will result in termination of services. All fees should be paid at the time of cancellation.

Pre-booking Appointments

To ensure your desired appointment date and time I recommend that you schedule, at minimum, a week in advance. There will be no availability for same day/next day appointments. 

Deposits must be paid at the time of scheduling to secure an appointment. Please keep in mind unpaid deposits means that preferred appointment day/time is still available to other clients scheduling. Deposits not paid within 24 hours will be cancelled.
